With a love of food and hospitality instilled in him through his family early on, Howard Greenstone began his career in restaurant hospitality and management with the Grand Hyatt in New York and Hyatt Regency in Greenwich, CT. He then served as opening general manager of the famed Aquavit restaurant in New York City. Later, having developed a reputation of successfully growing restaurant concepts, he worked as CEO and president of Rosa Mexicano. Currently Greenstone is a strategic advisor and partner with the Marcus Samuelsson Group, cofounder of Bajo Sexto Tacos and Adele’s Nashville, as well as partner to acclaimed 404 Kitchen in the Gulch, Nashville, TN. He is excited to be Emily and Matt's partner in the Pizza Loves Emily organization and to help define a continued path for expansion and growth. He has been featured in New York Magazine, Restaurant Business Magazine and Nation’s Restaurant News, to name a few. He has been a featured speaker at notable culinary events, including the Food and Wine Classic in Aspen. Nevertheless, Howard's heart remains at his restaurants meeting guests, making friends, and cultivating a warm and rich hospitality experience.
